Mr. Ladd has over 33 years of experience in the civil engineering field. He has performed planning, design, construction observation and overall project management functions on a multitude of various types of civil engineering projects. He has specialized in site development, water, wastewater, site and drainage projects for both private sector and municipal clients. He is a past member of the City of Lebanon Utility Board.
