Ladd Engineering, Inc. completed the design and site development for a new branch bank. The design included stormwater detention and treatment, landscaping, state highway driveway entrance. The project required an extensive amount of coordination with the Crawfordsville District, Indiana Department of Transportation for the driveway entrance, sidewalk placement, stormwater drainage and restriping the turn lanes, etc. The stormwater detention and treatment options included the use of bioretention facility.
