Advance, Indiana - Waterworks

Ladd Engineering, Inc. prepared design plan specifications and bidding documents and provided construction engineering and inspection services for a waterworks improvements project. The project improvements consisted of a new rock well, approximately 1,400-feet of 12-inch water main, a new 100,000 gallon pedesphere elevated storage tank, standby generator, electrical and site restoration. The project cost was $1,015,000 and was funded with a CFF grant and USDA RD loan.
