Oxford, Indiana - Lagoon

Ladd Engineering, Inc prepared an Action Plan Schedule which was attached to an Agreed Order, issued by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management.  This Action Plan included completing a collection system inventory to develop an accurate map and GIS; developed; flow monitoring of the collection system to evaluate I/I removal; monitoring of the CSO’S; various upgrade needs at the lagoon wastewater treatment plan; and amending the Town’s CSO Long Term Control Plan.
