Thorntown, Indiana - Lagoon Baffle

Ladd Engineering, Inc. prepared proposal documents and assisted the Town in obtaining proposals for replacing the wastewater treatment lagoon baffle curtain. In addition, Ladd Engineering, Inc. completed a disinfection facilities study for the Town's lagoon wastewater treatment plant to meet their NPDES permit E.coli limit and completed a preliminary engineering and environmental report for a new wastewater treatment plant. Funding for the new wastewater treatment plant project is being persued through the USDA Rural Development.
